Legal Associate (Entry Level)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Legal Associate to join our global legal team. This entry‑level position offers exposure to a wide range of corporate legal matters and the chance to rotate across several business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and update the company’s standard contract templates and various business agreements.
• Assist in managing commercial and intellectual‑property disputes, supporting litigation efforts worldwide.
• Provide legal and compliance advice on export control, taxation, intellectual‑property protection and data‑privacy requirements.
• Participate in cross‑departmental rotations covering finance, HR, administration, supply chain, customer service and after‑sales.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in law with a valid legal professional qualification.
• Excellent written communication and strong legal risk‑analysis abilities.
• Effective negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• High sense of responsibility, meticulous work ethic and ability to work under pressure.
