Legal Counsel

About the role

Atoms is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its fast‑growing APAC team. The role will provide comprehensive legal support across commercial, corporate, real‑estate, employment, data‑privacy and IP matters as the company scales its physical‑AI robotics business.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft and review real‑estate and commercial contracts, including partnership agreements with restaurants, leasing, acquisition and disposition of assets.
• Provide legal advice on corporate entity formation and maintenance in APAC jurisdictions.
• Develop policies, processes and best practices for commercial and real‑estate transactions.
• Support commercial negotiations with large enterprise customers.
• Identify and implement pragmatic legal and regulatory solutions for a rapidly expanding global operation.
• Deliver legal and compliance training to internal stakeholders and oversee implementation of internal policies.
• Manage relationships with external counsel and control related spend.
• Address a broad range of legal issues, from litigation to data‑privacy and intellectual property, as needed.

Required profile

• Qualified to practice law in a jurisdiction where Atoms operates, such as Singapore.
• 5–10 years of experience in a law firm or in‑house role, with a strong focus on real‑estate law and commercial contracts.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and handle legal matters outside of core expertise.
