Legal Solution Specialist

About the role

LegalOn is looking for a Legal Solution Specialist to be the main point of contact for in‑house legal, legal‑operations and procurement teams across APAC. You will guide customers from onboarding through adoption, ensuring they realise faster contract reviews, consistent standards and more time for high‑value legal work.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end customer journey, from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
• Design and deliver onboarding workshops, training sessions and ongoing enablement.
• Partner with customers to build and refine frameworks, content and guidance that optimise their workflows on the LegalOn platform.
• Ask probing questions to understand each team’s contract review and negotiation processes and provide tailored recommendations.
• Address customer issues promptly, collaborating with technical support and product teams for resolution.
• Monitor usage and satisfaction, flag at‑risk accounts early and work with Account Executives on renewal and growth opportunities.
• Act as the voice of the customer, translating feedback into actionable product and engineering priorities for the APAC market.
