Logistics Executive (On-site)

About the role

The Logistics Executive will ensure a stable replenishment of products to the duty‑free stores at Changi Airport and maintain high inventory accuracy. You will collaborate closely with merchandisers, external 3PL providers and product suppliers while controlling logistics costs for maximum efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments on a daily basis
• Organise Return‑to‑Warehouse (RTW) and Return‑to‑Vendor (RTV) processes
• Process warehouse invoices and conduct inventory analysis
• Manage special events and ad‑hoc warehouse tasks at the Tuas 3PL facility
• Support any additional assignments from supervisors or management

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent in logistics, management, economics, industrial engineering or a quantitative social science
• Relevant experience in trade operations or warehouse management
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Team‑player with a problem‑solving mindset
• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
• Comfortable handling liquor and tobacco products in a duty‑free environment
