Luxury Butler – Guest Services

About the role

The Butler is the face of the St. Regis Butler program, delivering high‑touch, personalized service to guests from pre‑arrival through departure. You will create memorable experiences, anticipate needs, and collaborate with hotel departments to ensure flawless service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide bespoke guest experiences throughout the stay, including pre‑arrival arrangements and check‑out assistance.
• Coordinate and supervise Butler Valets, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
• Verify that supporting departments are equipped to meet guest requirements.
• Build rapport with guests, proactively anticipate their needs, and act on them when possible.
• Maintain a safe workplace, adhere to company policies, and uphold uniform and appearance standards.
• Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, and handling objects up to 50 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of related hospitality or guest‑service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Strong passion for service, impeccable interpersonal skills, and ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift objects up to 50 lb.
