About the role

We are looking for a diligent Maintenance Administrator to join our Maintenance Department at OCD Hands Pte. Ltd. based in Singapore. The role provides essential administrative support to ensure smooth operation of maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities

Provide general administrative assistance to the Maintenance Department.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities in designated logs.
Assist in preparing documentation, reports, and inspection schedules.
Coordinate with vendors to arrange maintenance schedules.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills with attention to detail.
Problem‑solving mindset.
Basic qualification or relevant experience as an administrator in the construction sector.

Required skills

Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets).
