Management Consultant

About the role

As a Management Consultant at BearingPoint you will join multidisciplinary teams delivering strategic transformation projects for leading banking and insurance clients. You will work on process optimisation, technology modernisation and large‑scale business change across the financial services sector.

Key responsibilities

• Support strategic transformation, process redesign and operating model optimisation for banking and insurance clients.
• Analyse and redesign business processes, customer journeys and operating models to improve efficiency.
• Assist enterprise architecture, IT strategy and digital transformation initiatives.
• Gather, document and analyse business requirements, functional specifications and solution designs.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews and requirements‑gathering sessions.
• Provide PMO support including project planning, governance, risk & issue management and executive reporting.
• Leverage data analytics and business intelligence to generate insights and support decision‑making.
• Develop presentations, executive reports, business cases, dashboards and transformation roadmaps for senior management.
• Support implementation, testing, change management and business readiness activities.
• Contribute to proposal development, market research and business development initiatives.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience working on consulting projects in the financial services industry is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities.
