Manager, Cloud Engineering

About the role

VeSync is seeking a Cloud Engineering Manager to lead the design, operation, and continuous improvement of its cloud platform. You will be responsible for ensuring the platform delivers stability, security, efficiency, and cost‑effectiveness while supporting business growth across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, build‑out, and optimization of the cloud platform’s operations framework and supporting systems.
• Own day‑to‑day management of production, testing, and development environments, establishing maintenance procedures to detect and resolve issues promptly.
• Plan, configure, and manage compute, storage, network, and database resources, continuously optimizing utilization and driving disciplined cost optimization.
• Build, maintain, and enhance tools for monitoring, alerting, logging, automation, and release/deployment, improving system availability and operational efficiency.
• Own platform monitoring and incident response, developing processes to reduce incident frequency and impact while improving reliability.
• Ensure security and data compliance across the cloud environment.
