About the role

The Manager, Corporate Services will lead the integration of environmental sustainability and health‑and‑safety practices across the organisation. This role ensures that daily operations align with green initiatives, regulatory standards, and business continuity planning.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate environmental sustainability practices into everyday business processes.
• Enhance workplace health and safety standards, including business continuity planning (BCP) and WSH compliance.
• Promote green initiatives and sustainable work practices throughout the organisation.
• Monitor, measure, and report environmental performance using data collection, analysis of resource consumption, and waste generation.
• Drive environmental certifications and recognitions to demonstrate commitment.
• Support workspace and facilities management, including oversight of subcontractors and vendors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (desirable).
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in construction, sustainability, space planning, facilities, or project management.
• Knowledge of building and facilities management, ESG, and environmental sustainability is a plus.
• Experience with government procurement processes and project management is preferred.
