Manager, Cyber Threat Management & Security Operations

About the role

The Manager, Cyber Threat Management & Security Operations leads the organization’s proactive cybersecurity capabilities. This role establishes a threat‑informed security program that uses intelligence, automation, and analytics to reduce cyber risk and protect business continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mature the enterprise Cyber Threat Management program, translating threat intelligence into actionable controls and mitigation initiatives.
• Develop and manage Cyber Threat Intelligence capabilities, defining intelligence requirements aligned to critical assets.
• Conduct proactive threat hunting across endpoints, cloud, network, and enterprise systems, correlating internal and external data sources.
• Own detection engineering processes, creating and refining use cases, integrating telemetry, and improving coverage against MITRE ATT&CK techniques.
• Direct the vulnerability management program, applying risk‑based prioritization using threat intelligence and attack‑path analysis.
• Collaborate with SOC, infrastructure, network, cloud, and application teams to enhance overall cyber resilience.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading cyber threat management or security operations programs.
• Strong understanding of adversary tactics, MITRE ATT&CK framework, and emerging threat landscapes.
• Ability to translate complex threat data into strategic security recommendations for leadership.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional technical teams.
