Manager, F10 Facilities Construction - Electrical and Controls

About the role

Micron Technology is seeking a Manager to lead the electrical and instrumentation & control (I&C) scopes for its F10 greenfield fab construction projects. The role will drive the planning, execution and delivery of complex electrical systems, ensuring they meet schedule, budget and quality targets while supporting the company’s innovative memory and storage solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive project delivery plans for electrical and I&C scopes, aligned with overall construction strategy.
• Oversee day‑to‑day execution, coordinating contractors, consultants and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Act as primary interface for electrical and I&C execution, integrating inputs from mechanical, chemical, gas and UPW disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with IFC drawings, specifications and QA/QC standards; manage inspections, punch lists and system handovers.
• Maintain project risk registers, implement mitigation measures and collaborate with EHS teams to enforce safety protocols.
• Plan and manage future expansion and facility upgrade projects, developing phased execution strategies.
• Provide mentorship to electrical and I&C engineers and support talent development within the project delivery organization.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading electrical and I&C scopes on large‑scale construction projects, preferably in semiconductor or high‑tech manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting and resource management.
• Excellent coordination skills with multiple engineering disciplines and external partners.
• Commitment to safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
