Manager – Infrastructure Advisory (Transport & Mobility)

About the role

KPMG Singapore is seeking a Manager to join its Infrastructure Advisory team focused on transport and mobility projects. You will work with public and private sector clients across the region, providing strategic, commercial and financial guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver strategic, commercial and financial advice for transport and mobility projects, including PPP procurement, transaction advisory, capital raising and project development.
• Conduct financial feasibility studies, business case development, commercial model analysis, market research and policy/regulatory advisory.
• Build and review project finance models and support model validation.
• Assist in project and engagement management, client communication and relationship building.
• Contribute to marketing and business development activities, including proposal preparation.
• Liaise with other KPMG business units and member firms to leverage cross‑functional expertise.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in transport and mobility advisory or a related consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of the transport sector in Singapore and the broader region.
• Excellent quantitative and financial modelling capabilities combined with solid business acumen.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior client management teams.
• Outstanding written, oral and presentation skills.
• Additional regional language proficiency is a plus.
