Manager, Resort Marketing – MICE

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Manager to lead integrated MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) marketing for Resorts World Sentosa. You will shape the destination narrative, drive campaign performance and enhance the delegate journey across our venues, hotels, attractions and entertainment offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive MICE marketing strategies that position RWS as a premier destination for corporate planners and event buyers.
• Create compelling propositions that blend venues, hospitality, dining and entertainment into differentiated experiences.
• Lead storytelling initiatives across video, social media, thought leadership, presentations and immersive digital formats.
• Partner with Consumer Insights and Digital Marketing to evaluate campaign effectiveness and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Manage the marketing budget, monitor ROI and adjust tactics to meet KPIs.
• Collaborate with MICE Sales, Partnerships, Events and other business units, ensuring alignment and transparent communication.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Hospitality or a related field.
• 7‑10 years of marketing experience, preferably in tourism, destination or hospitality marketing.
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Critical thinker, creative problem‑solver with excellent project‑management skills.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast‑paced environment.
