Manager, Scholarship & Internship Programme

About the role

CSIT’s Scholarship & Internship Centre is seeking a manager to lead the undergraduate scholarship and internship programmes, overseeing the full lifecycle from recruitment to development and deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the scholarship lifecycle, including award administration, scholar orientation, mentorship programmes and ongoing counselling.
• Design and deliver development initiatives for scholars, tracking progress with people‑analytics and reporting.
• Own end‑to‑end internship programme management, covering strategy, budgeting, recruitment, onboarding, project placement and stipend processing.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing team, managing workload, performance and professional growth.
• Continuously review and streamline policies, processes and systems, using data‑driven insights and stakeholder feedback.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in scholarship, talent or programme management, with people‑management responsibilities.
• Proven track record of managing full programme lifecycles and developing analytics for decision‑making.
• Strong stakeholder management, written and verbal communication, and ability to engage with internal and external partners.
• Genuine passion for youth and talent development.
