About the role

The Manor Culturist Butler provides personalized, high‑end service to guests staying in the exclusive Manors at Capella Singapore. You will coordinate arrivals and departures, anticipate guest needs, and ensure every stay is flawlessly curated.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate guest arrivals and departures, manage luggage, and oversee check‑in/check‑out procedures.
• Offer tailored recommendations and assistance, including dining reservations, transportation, and activity bookings.
• Anticipate and fulfill guest preferences, maintaining comfort and satisfaction throughout the stay.
• Maintain proactive communication with guests before, during, and after their visit to address any requests.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to keep the Manors clean, well‑maintained, and fully stocked.
• Handle special requests such as in‑manor dining, private chef services, and arrangements for special occasions.
• Ensure adherence to hotel policies, safety, and security protocols.
• Provide feedback to management to continuously improve guest experiences.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher in Hospitality or related field.
• Previous experience as a butler in luxury hotels or resorts.
• Exceptional customer‑service orientation with a focus on personalized attention.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of local attractions, dining venues, and activities is preferred.
• Possession of a driving licence is an advantage.
