Manufacturing Operations Controller

About the role

The Manufacturing Operations Controller will support Applied Materials' finance function by driving accurate financial forecasts and ensuring data integrity across manufacturing operations. You will work closely with Operations, Business Units and FP&A to influence decisions and deliver actionable insights for senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead key financial forecast cycles, owning task accuracy and data integrity.
• Manage and influence stakeholders in Operations, Business Units and FP&A.
• Drive complex projects with direct exposure to senior management.
• Review, monitor and authorize finance transactions for sub‑groups.
• Prepare detailed financial models and executive presentations.
• Lead process integration and act as work‑stream owner for regional finance initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional stakeholder relationships.
• Experience leading projects with moderate risk and resource requirements.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex concepts to senior leaders.
• Depth of expertise in finance or a related discipline.
