Marketing and Client Growth Executive

About the role

The Marketing and Client Growth Executive will drive both digital and traditional marketing initiatives while building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. You will manage SEO/SEM activities, support website updates, and own the end‑to‑end sales process from lead generation to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute SEO strategies, including keyword research, on‑page optimisation and technical SEO.
• Manage SEM and paid‑search campaigns, handling setup, optimisation and budget monitoring.
• Coordinate website updates, landing pages and content to align with marketing goals.
• Support traditional marketing activities as needed.
• Research potential clients, engage them consultatively, prepare proposals and present services.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and upsell relevant services.
• Own assigned projects from planning through delivery, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.

Required profile

• Experience or solid knowledge of digital marketing, especially SEO, SEM and website fundamentals.
• Background in client‑facing or account management is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Excellent organisational and project‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and solve problems analytically.
