Marketing Cum Property Executive

About the role

The Marketing Cum Property Executive will support both marketing initiatives and property‑related activities, ensuring smooth coordination across teams and external partners. This role blends administrative efficiency with creative support for sales and promotional efforts within the property development sector.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in all marketing and property‑related matters.
• Support sales and marketing activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, agents, vendors, and external parties.
• Prepare marketing materials, property information, events, and promotions.
• Provide general administrative and coordination support.
• Assist management with various business and operational tasks.
• Handle ad‑hoc duties and projects as required by management.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Property/Real Estate or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in property, real estate, marketing or administration.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities with attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, responsible and a collaborative team player.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
