Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Marketing Executive to own OUTPLAY’s marketing engine end‑to‑end, from paid ads and email automation to content creation and performance tracking. This foundational hire will work directly with the founder and collaborate with the design and brand growth leads.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish content for Instagram and TikTok, including filming, editing and community management.
• Brief designers on campaign assets and product launch creatives.
• Run and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok and Google, handling audience targeting, budget pacing and creative testing.
• Track and report weekly metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR and conversion rate.
• Build and manage automated email flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post‑purchase, re‑engagement) and execute promotional sends.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, timing and content, reporting on open rates, clicks and revenue attribution.
• Maintain a weekly marketing dashboard linking spend to revenue outcomes.
• Manage ambassador and UGC creator pipeline, onboarding creators and tracking sales attribution.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a marketing role with full ownership of ads, content and email.
• Self‑directed and able to set priorities, manage time and flag blockers independently.
• Proven ability to run paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Experience building email marketing workflows using platforms such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
• Comfortable shooting and editing short‑form video content for social media.
• Strong analytical instincts and excellent written English for captions, emails and campaigns.
