Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive will support the marketing team by creating engaging collateral and managing communications across social media and media channels. This role aims to enhance brand presence and drive business objectives for Serenity Casket & Funerals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and design marketing collaterals for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn to boost audience engagement.
• Manage media and public‑relations communications, responding to enquiries and maintaining a positive brand reputation.
• Design and produce marketing materials that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
• Write compelling copy for online content, social media posts and marketing messages.
• Implement social‑media strategies that support overall brand objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
• Align marketing activities with broader organisational goals and perform ad‑hoc marketing duties as required.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining quality.
• Strong creativity and attention to detail in visual composition and messaging.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
