Marketing Manager – SEA & India

About the role

AVEVA is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing strategies across Southeast Asia and India. The role will translate global initiatives into localized campaigns that drive demand, generate qualified leads, and reinforce AVEVA’s position as a leader in industrial software.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the end‑to‑end regional marketing plan, integrating brand, demand and partner activities.
• Localize and execute global campaigns to ensure relevance in SEA and India.
• Manage the regional marketing budget and demonstrate clear ROI.
• Track, analyse and report on marketing‑sourced pipeline, conversion rates and campaign performance.
• Cultivate strategic alliances with government bodies, industry associations and academic institutions.
• Produce localized content such as case studies, testimonials and co‑branded assets.
• Promote global reports, whitepapers and articles tailored to local market needs.
• Collaborate closely with sales leadership and account teams to align marketing activities with key accounts.
• Act as the local brand guardian, ensuring all outputs follow AVEVA’s global brand standards.

Required profile

• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience in technology or industrial software.
• Proven track record in demand generation, pipeline management and ABM strategies.
• Strong understanding of complex B2B sales cycles and experience working directly with sales teams.
• Exceptional project‑management ability in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience measuring ROI and conversion metrics.
