Marketing Manager – Singapore

About the role

Stryv, a fast‑growing consumer personal‑care brand in Southeast Asia, is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing initiatives in Singapore. You will shape brand presence, drive customer acquisition and retention, and support retail and e‑commerce growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy and annual plan aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Set clear marketing objectives, KPIs and measurement frameworks for campaigns.
• Manage brand positioning, localized campaigns, content strategy and storytelling across all touchpoints.
• Oversee creation of marketing materials for social media, digital platforms, retail stores and other channels.
• Lead PR, sponsorships, collaborations and strategic partnerships to boost visibility.
• Plan and optimise digital performance marketing, including paid media, SEO, SEM, social media, affiliate programmes and CRM initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Retail, Operations, Product, E‑commerce and Finance teams to ensure alignment with commercial goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing and executing marketing strategies in Singapore.
• Strong understanding of local market trends, consumer behaviour and competitive landscape.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, product, retail and finance teams.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to maintain consistent brand messaging.
