Material Handling Equipment Operator

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Material Handling Equipment Operator to join our warehouse team at Maersk. The role involves operating forklifts and other equipment to move, store and dispatch goods safely and efficiently. You will support daily inbound and outbound activities while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and store products within the warehouse.
• Support inbound and outbound warehouse activities.
• Conduct routine equipment checks and report any defects or maintenance issues.
• Adhere to workplace safety regulations and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory handling and storage practices.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required.

Required profile

• Valid forklift license or relevant MHE operating certification.
• Previous experience operating forklifts or warehouse equipment (preferred).
• Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and regulations.
• Physically fit and able to work in a warehouse environment.
• Responsible, detail‑oriented and a good team player.
