About the role

We are looking for an MEP Drafter to create detailed design drawings and 3‑D models for mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. The role works closely with engineers and project teams to deliver coordinated and accurate documentation for construction projects in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

Prepare MEP drawings and BIM models using AutoCAD and Revit.
Coordinate with engineers and other disciplines to resolve design clashes.
Update drawings to reflect site changes and evolving project requirements.
Ensure all documentation complies with project specifications, standards and local regulations.

Required profile

Diploma or equivalent in Engineering or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in MEP drafting or a similar role.
Familiarity with construction drawing conventions and MEP system basics.

Required skills

AutoCAD
Revit (BIM)
BIM workflow knowledge

What we offer

Competitive monthly salary of SGD 3,000–3,200.
Full‑time, permanent position based in Yio Chu Kang, Singapore.
Standard working hours: 5 days a week, 8:30 am–6 pm.
