Mixologist

About the role

Join Marriott International as a Mixologist, delivering high‑quality beverage service in a vibrant hotel bar environment. You will be responsible for preparing drinks to exact specifications, handling wine and champagne service, and ensuring a clean, well‑stocked bar for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare drink orders using precise measuring systems.
• Open and serve wine and champagne bottles.
• Maintain cleanliness and condition of the bar, tables, and tools.
• Prepare fresh garnishes for cocktails.
• Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies.
• Transport supplies to the bar set‑up area and wash soiled glassware.
• Remove used wares from bar tops and tables to designated areas.
• Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs.
• Process all payment methods, count cash at shift end, and complete cashier reports.
• Secure liquor, beer, wine, and storage areas and perform closing duties.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods on varied surfaces.
• Capability to lift up to 25 lb unassisted and 50 lb with assistance.
• Commitment to safety, uniform standards, and professional communication.
