Mobile Application Developer (Android & iOS)

About the role

We are looking for a Mobile Application Developer to join BJAK’s AI‑powered Neobank team. The role focuses on building and enhancing the company’s mobile app for both Android and iOS, delivering clean, reliable, and intuitive experiences for insurance, payments, claims, renewals and broader financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and ship new mobile features for Android and/or iOS platforms.
• Create end‑to‑end mobile flows covering insurance, payments, claims, renewals and other financial services.
• Collaborate with product, design and backend teams to translate complex journeys into usable mobile products.
• Integrate APIs, manage loading states, error handling and production issues.
• Monitor and improve app performance, reliability, crash rates and overall user experience.
• Support rapid product launches, experiments and iterative improvements.
• Help raise the quality standards for the mobile product across the application.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional mobile development experience on Android, iOS or both.
• Strong product sense with a focus on mobile UX and performance.
• Ability to work independently, own tasks and deliver without extensive hand‑holding.
• Proven track record of shipping production apps used by real users.
• Clear communication of personal contributions within a team setting.
