Onsite End User Computing (EUC) & Field IT Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an Onsite End User Computing (EUC) & Field IT Support Engineer to provide hands‑on technical assistance at customer locations. The role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and validating user devices, basic network connectivity, and IT peripherals while ensuring compliance with security and safety procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Perform onsite troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, monitors, docking stations, printers and other peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve Windows OS issues, login problems, application errors and connectivity challenges.
• Install, replace, configure, and image devices according to authorized procedures.
• Support Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications and assist users with basic issues.
• Conduct basic LAN/WAN connectivity checks, verify cables, ports, switches, routers and access points.
• Capture asset details, serial numbers, and perform inventory validation.
• Coordinate with remote service‑desk teams, provide status updates and complete post‑visit reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in on‑site IT support or field engineering.
• Ability to follow customer security, safety and access policies.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with end users and remote teams.
