Onsite Support Engineer

About the role

DXC Technology is seeking an Onsite Support Engineer to deliver first‑class customer service and technical assistance across a range of desktop and infrastructure environments. You will be the primary point of contact for end‑users, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, efficient support for Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Adobe, and authorized desktop applications.
• Perform smart‑hands tasks on servers, storage, tape media, network, voice, and cabling infrastructure.
• Install, upgrade, troubleshoot, and repair printers, computer hardware, and other peripheral equipment.
• Execute hardware break‑fix, preventative maintenance, and lifecycle management through asset tracking.
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets and coordinate vendor repairs.
• Monitor ticket queues, log, categorize, prioritize, diagnose, and route incidents in ticketing tools while meeting SLA targets.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in IT/IS or equivalent.
• Professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English.
• Minimum two years of end‑user support experience.
• Strong customer focus with excellent interpersonal and telephone skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑moving, demanding environment and multitask effectively.
