Operations Engineer – Server & Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Engineer to ensure the reliability, performance, and maintenance of our enterprise server and infrastructure platforms across multiple regional offices. The role involves day‑to‑day management of Windows and Linux environments, virtualization, and supporting identity services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Windows and Linux server environments and enterprise infrastructure.
• Administer virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere, vCenter, Proxmox, or equivalents.
• Perform OS, firmware, and infrastructure patching, monitoring, and compliance activities.
• Manage backup, recovery, and restore testing processes.
• Support Active Directory and related identity services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure incidents and recurring issues.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and procedures.
• Participate in scheduled out‑of‑hours maintenance and on‑call support.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production server infrastructure operations.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Comfortable supporting infrastructure across multiple countries and time zones.
