About the role
We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead and optimise the efficiency of our facility’s operational processes. The role involves strategic planning, performance monitoring, and hands‑on supervision of staff to ensure high‑quality service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the efficiency of operational processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Participate in strategic planning and goal‑setting for the business.
- Analyse business requirements and customer needs to align operations.
- Research and implement methods to reduce costs and enhance productivity.
- Monitor and report on department performance metrics.
- Supervise, coach and train employees to maintain standards.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
Required profile
- Strong leadership and decision‑making abilities.
- Willingness to work night shifts, split shifts, and occasional extra hours or weekends.

What we offer
- Competitive salary ranging from SGD 3,100 to SGD 5,200 per month.
