Overseas Distribution Director

About the role

Chronos Consulting is seeking an experienced Overseas Distribution Director to lead user acquisition and go‑to‑market activities for a portfolio of sports mobile games across North America. The role is fully remote and requires close collaboration with product, marketing and data teams in China.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive User Acquisition (UA) strategies using Paid Social, Ad Networks, DSPs, Apple Search Ads and emerging channels.
• Manage multi‑game media mix and budget allocations, meeting strict ROAS and CPI targets.
• Partner with creative teams to develop, test and iterate high‑performing ad creatives.
• Lead marketing launches for new titles, updates, seasonal campaigns and Live‑Ops events.
• Build and maintain relationships with external media platforms (Meta, Google, Apple), UA agencies and gaming influencers.
• Coordinate with HQ product, marketing and analytics teams in China to ensure global alignment.
• Provide North American market insights for product localization, optimization and monetization.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of mobile game marketing experience with full‑lifecycle UA ownership.
• Strong background in sports games, IP‑licensed titles or hardcore mobile games.
• Deep knowledge of the North American mobile gaming ecosystem.
• Proven ability to drive strategy independently in a remote setting while managing campaigns hands‑on.
• Experience collaborating with Chinese developers and working across time zones.
