Paralegal – Legal Support & Document Drafting

About the role

We are seeking a diligent Paralegal to join our legal team. The role involves supporting lawyers in document preparation, research, and court filing while ensuring strict compliance with timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and e‑filing court papers.
• Compile court bundles, authorities, and submissions.
• Manage timelines and deadlines to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Handle correspondence with stakeholders, including emails, letters, and faxes.
• Monitor and draft legal updates, support business development and marketing activities, maintain client registers, plan seminars, and update lawyer profiles.
• Undertake additional projects or tasks as directed by management.

Required profile

• Diploma in Law, Legal Studies or Paralegal Studies.
• At least one year of relevant experience preferred; entry‑level candidates with strong interest are welcome.
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general IT competence.
