Partner Manager

About the role

Fever is a global tech platform that connects audiences with live entertainment. As a Partner Manager you will act as the trusted advisor for our event and brand partners, helping them achieve their objectives while driving growth for Fever. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution of partner initiatives and continuously improve the partnership experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, deeply understanding their business goals, challenges and audience needs, and delivering tailored solutions that align with Fever’s technology and expertise.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of partner events and projects—from initial scoping and contract negotiation through planning, execution and post‑event analysis—coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal and Finance to ensure timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.
• Define, track and analyse partner performance metrics (KPIs), generate regular data‑driven reports, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimise partner growth and ROI.
• Collaborate proactively with internal stakeholders to address operational challenges, co‑create custom initiatives, and maintain high levels of partner satisfaction throughout the partnership journey.
• Collect and synthesize partner feedback, translating it into concrete product, marketing and operational enhancements that benefit both partners and Fever’s broader user base.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project management, consulting or a related field, demonstrating the ability to lead complex initiatives across multiple teams.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with senior stakeholders from diverse organisations.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with data, defining KPIs and using insights to drive decision‑making and continuous improvement.
• Highly organised, able to juggle several workstreams simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
• Proactive, curious and collaborative team player who takes ownership of tasks and supports colleagues to achieve shared goals.
