Partnership Manager – Government Engagement

About the role

Drive outreach and engagement of partners by enabling internal stakeholders to establish strategic and meaningful partnerships, bringing government closer to people through citizen engagement, feedback gathering and communications.

Key responsibilities

• Gather feedback from community and corporate partners and communicate government policies via channels such as WhatsApp, email and the WeCare PALs platform.
• Coordinate with PA divisions to identify opinion leaders, organise dialogues, Kopi Talk sessions and other engagement platforms.
• Analyse data to surface concerns, produce weekly reports and support content creation for policy communication.
• Maintain and nurture partner relationships through regular communication and participation in events.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably 2 years in partner engagement or community outreach.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal abilities with a proactive, meticulous approach.
• Experience in report writing and data analysis is an advantage.
