Partnership Manager

About the role

The Partnership Manager will lead outreach and engagement with non‑geographical partners, supporting internal teams to build strategic, meaningful collaborations that connect the government with the people of Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct evidence‑based research and environmental scanning to identify potential partners and co‑create initiatives.
• Perform periodic data analysis, maintain up‑to‑date records of programmes and projects, and generate insights for outreach efforts.
• Work closely with partnership, engagement and grassroots units to understand ground needs and match partners to relevant government initiatives.
• Provide account management, serve as the primary liaison between partners and internal stakeholders, and plan/manage signature programmes.
• Offer secretariat support to committees, incubate emerging partners, and facilitate networking sessions.
• Support feedback gathering and government communications through dialogues, topical surveys and regular meet‑ups with opinion leaders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in partnership or stakeholder relationship management, preferably within the public sector.
• Strong analytical abilities to conduct research, data analysis and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to engage community, corporate partners and opinion leaders.
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage multiple programmes simultaneously.
