Patient Care Program Consultant

About the role

Zuellig Pharma is seeking a Patient Care Program Consultant to provide personalized case management for enrolled patients. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring timely submission of program documentation and supporting patients throughout their treatment journey.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled outbound calls and manage inbound inquiries from patients.
• Capture and maintain accurate patient information in the Patient Care Management System.
• Deliver program services according to defined service levels, quality standards, and SOPs.
• Identify and report adverse events in line with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare periodic program reports and assist with internal and external audits.
• Support the Operations Manager and Program Manager with additional duties as needed.

Required profile

• NITEC or Diploma in a related field.
• Experience in healthcare or customer service, preferably through internships or relevant work.
• Excellent spoken and written English; a second language is a plus.
• Strong communication, active listening, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a patient‑centric approach.
