People Solutions Specialist – HR Operations

About the role

The People Solutions Specialist will partner with line managers and employees to deliver day‑to‑day HR support across the employee lifecycle. Based in Singapore, you will help embed HR policies, drive engagement initiatives, and build foundational HR business‑partner capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for managers and staff on HR policies, procedures, and basic employee‑relations matters.
• Manage end‑to‑end employee lifecycle activities, including recruitment, performance management, talent development, and internal movements.
• Support HR audits, ensure compliance with Singapore labour laws, and prepare regulatory reports.
• Develop and facilitate HR workshops and training sessions for assigned business units.
• Maintain accurate HR data in HRIS and generate reports, dashboards, and ad‑hoc analyses.
• Co‑lead HR projects such as policy updates and process improvements.

Required profile

• Degree in Business or Human Resources Management.
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore labour legislation.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to work independently and propose practical solutions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS platforms.
• Experience using Google Suite for reporting and collaboration.
