Performance Marketing Manager – Facebook/Meta Ads

About the role

Xandro Lab is building its growth team from scratch and needs a hands‑on performance marketer to own the Facebook/Meta advertising engine for Singapore, Hong Kong and the wider SEA region. You will be responsible for scaling the account profitably while creating a continuous testing pipeline for creative and audience assets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full Meta Ads account: campaign architecture, budget allocation, bidding strategy and scaling decisions.
• Increase monthly spend from the current level to SGD 50,000+ while maintaining or improving ROAS.
• Drive high‑velocity creative testing, launching 10‑15+ new ad variations each week across formats and audience segments.
• Identify and brief content creators, graphic designers and UGC producers to ensure a steady flow of test assets.
• Develop and refine audience segmentation and targeting strategies throughout the funnel.
• Produce regular performance reports with clear insights on what works, what doesn’t and next test ideas.
• Collaborate closely with the founding team and internal creative functions as the true account owner.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a single Facebook/Meta Ads account with a monthly spend of SGD 50,000+ or a documented track record of scaling from lower spend levels.
• Demonstrated ability to grow an account from near‑zero spend to meaningful scale.
• Strong understanding of creative testing methodology and why tests are structured.
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally, briefing designers, video editors and UGC creators and seeing the work through to production.
• Background in e‑commerce or DTC, preferably in a considered‑purchase or subscription‑adjacent category.
