Performance Marketing Manager (Web)

About the role

ImagineArt is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition for its web‑first consumer subscription product. You will manage the full funnel from ad impression to paid subscription across Meta, TikTok and Google, driving key metrics such as CAC, payback window and trial‑to‑paid conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition strategy and daily execution on Meta, TikTok and Google platforms.
• Manage real‑scale budgets while meeting CAC and payback targets.
• Build and optimise web‑to‑web and web‑to‑app funnels, including paywall and checkout testing.
• Run structured CRO on landing pages, pricing and onboarding experiences.
• Develop and maintain measurement set‑up, from attribution to incrementality testing.
• Ship high‑volume creative assets, collaborating with designers and creators.
• Use AI tools, including ImagineArt, to accelerate creative production.
• Report on spend, CAC, LTV, contribution margin and forecast budget impact.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing paid acquisition for consumer subscription products.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to own metrics and forecast budget outcomes.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, remote environment with overlap to Pacific hours.
