Performance Marketing SEM Manager

About the role

Klook is seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing SEM Manager to lead the global search engine marketing strategy for its hotel and car‑rental offerings. You will own the P&L for these channels, drive growth, and ensure efficiency across markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define the "North Star" SEM/PMax strategy globally and manage its execution.
• Own performance reporting, lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, and translate data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Partner with Product, Tech and Supply teams to align marketing needs with product roadmaps and inventory visibility.
• Drive automation and AI integration, collaborating with R&D and Data Science to maintain a competitive tech‑stack.
• Conduct deep‑dive audits, troubleshoot complex account issues, and mentor junior specialists in advanced SEM tactics.
• Serve as primary liaison with Google and other major partners, securing early access to new features.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business‑related field (e.g., Mathematics, Business Analytics).
• 6–8 years of experience in performance marketing, search engine marketing, or related disciplines.
• Proven track record of managing large SEM budgets with P&L responsibility.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to communicate insights to senior stakeholders.
