Piping Insulation Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Piping Insulation Supervisor to lead and coordinate insulation works on offshore and onshore projects. The role involves ensuring that all insulation activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications and schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate piping insulation works according to project specifications, drawings, and schedules.
• Prepare technical documents, method statements, and engineering submissions.
• Liaise with clients, engineering teams, fabricators, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
• Manage material take‑off, procurement, delivery, and progress of insulation work.
• Monitor engineering, procurement, and construction activities to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure work complies with safety, quality, and project standards.
• Train and guide team members on procedures, specifications, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate work priorities and sequences with relevant departments.
• Prepare project correspondence, instructions, and claims documentation when required.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in piping insulation works within oil & gas, marine, offshore, or construction.
• Good understanding of piping drawings, specifications, and insulation materials.
• Strong coordination, planning, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work with clients, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Knowledge of project documentation, material control, and progress tracking.
