Pitney Bowes Developer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Pitney Bowes Developer to design, develop and support document composition and customer communication management solutions using Pitney Bowes EngageOne Designer, Generate, Dataflow/Spectrum and Automate BPA within an enterprise environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain solutions with Pitney Bowes EngageOne Designer and Generate.
• Implement and support Dataflow/Spectrum and Automate BPA workflows.
• Write, tune and optimise SQL Server scripts, stored procedures, functions, triggers and complex queries.
• Provide performance tuning for large‑scale SQL Server databases.
• Prepare technical design documents and development artefacts.
• Collaborate with business users, project teams and technical stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Perform troubleshooting, defect resolution and production support.
• Participate in testing, deployment and implementation activities while adhering to coding standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience with Pitney Bowes technologies and SQL Server development.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in enterprise document management or related sectors is a plus.
