Portfolio Manager

About the role

DV Trading, a fast‑growing proprietary trading firm headquartered in Chicago with a presence in Singapore, is looking for an experienced Portfolio Manager to deploy and scale profitable strategies on its best‑in‑class proprietary platform. The role offers high autonomy, access to significant capital, and a performance‑driven environment without the constraints of traditional institutions. You will work closely with quant researchers, engineers, and other traders to enhance strategy performance and expand your trading book.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage and scale a proprietary trading strategy.
• Develop, refine, and optimise models, signals, and execution frameworks.
• Take full ownership of risk, positioning, and P&L.
• Leverage DV’s technology, infrastructure, and support to expand your book.
• Collaborate with traders, quants, and engineers to enhance strategy performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2+ years of experience at a proprietary trading firm, hedge fund, or bank.
• Demonstrated, consistently profitable trading strategy across any asset class.
• Proven track record of live performance beyond back‑testing.
• Strong return on capital (ROC).
• Experience contributing to or leading successful trading teams.
• Ability to communicate effectively across functions, including leadership, risk, compliance, engineering, and legal.
