About the role

Join IHG Hotels & Resorts as a Portfolio Revenue Manager in Singapore, driving revenue performance across a diverse portfolio of hotels. You will partner closely with hotel and commercial teams to optimise pricing, demand and distribution, using data‑driven insights to deliver measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the revenue lead for a portfolio of hotels, shaping pricing, demand and distribution strategies through regular performance reviews and ongoing engagement with hotel teams.
• Analyse data, market intelligence and trends to identify opportunities and implement strategies that maximise revenue and profitability.
• Collaborate with commercial, sales and marketing teams to align initiatives, improve channel performance and optimise overall revenue delivery.
• Support the rollout of new systems, tools and revenue initiatives, ensuring strong adoption and capability across teams.
• Lead and contribute to key projects that enhance revenue management practices, processes and performance outcomes.
• Coach and develop team members, building capability and strengthening the revenue management talent pipeline.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 + years of experience in revenue management, pricing or commercial strategy, preferably within hospitality.
• Deep understanding of revenue management principles, pricing strategies and demand optimisation techniques.
• Highly analytical with the ability to translate data and market insights into clear, actionable strategies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, capable of influencing cross‑functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
• Leadership mindset with experience coaching, developing and inspiring others.
