PR & Marketing Admin Associate

About the role

The PR & Marketing Admin Associate supports the PR and Marketing department by handling sourcing, sample coordination, and general administrative tasks. This role ensures smooth communication between vendors, internal teams, and logistics partners while maintaining accurate records and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Source packaging materials and branded touchpoints, manage quotations, sampling, order consolidation, and delivery coordination.
• Coordinate seasonal sample orders for global PR & Marketing teams and work with manufacturing to fulfil requests.
• Perform general admin duties including monthly budget consolidation, claim submissions, purchase orders, and invoice processing.
• Manage department sample inventory and support warehouse/logistics to meet regulatory and customs requirements.
• Facilitate shipments and liaise with local and global courier services.
• Undertake ad‑hoc assignments as required.

Required profile

• Minimum GCE ‘N’/‘O’ equivalent.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel; familiarity with pivot tables and VLOOKUP is advantageous.
• Ability to coordinate across departments and manage timelines.
• Great attention to detail, careful and precise work.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player.
