Process Operator

About the role

Xylem is seeking a Process Operator to join its water‑treatment module assembly line. You will work hands‑on assembling, testing, and optimizing modular water‑treatment equipment in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble water‑treatment modules following technical drawings, specifications, and SOPs.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to install and connect components accurately.
• Conduct functional and performance tests to verify quality and safety standards.
• Report production status, module performance, and any issues to the supervisor or manager.
• Monitor and adjust processes to improve assembly efficiency and reduce waste.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, adhering to all safety and environmental guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or assembly setting, preferably with water‑technology or mechanical assembly.
• Ability to perform tests and troubleshoot assembled modules.
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance with workplace protocols.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and move materials of varying weights.
• Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed.
