Procurement Manager – SEAO

About the role

The Procurement Manager will support procurement operations across Southeast Asia and Oceania, ensuring cost‑effective, high‑quality sourcing for both retail stores and corporate functions. Reporting to the SEAO Procurement Associate Director, the role balances day‑to‑day supplier management with strategic sourcing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Enforce procurement policies locally, aligning with regional and group guidelines.
• Collaborate with Finance and Compliance to monitor Procure‑to‑Pay compliance.
• Educate stakeholders through training and communication on proper procurement processes.
• Lead major sourcing projects from RFP to delivery for categories such as store fit‑out, marketing events, IT, logistics, and more.
• Identify efficiency opportunities, drive savings, and support regional/global procurement initiatives.
• Continuously review supplier performance, conduct annual evaluations, and integrate sustainability into all projects.
• Prepare quarterly procurement reports, dashboards, spend analyses, and communicate updates to senior management.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of professional experience, including 4‑5 years in procurement functions.
• Previous management or supervisory experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong collaborative spirit.
