About the role
The Customer Service Assistant works at airport check‑in counters, ensuring that passenger details match travel documents and providing assistance throughout the boarding process. The role supports 24/7 flight schedules, handling a variety of customer interactions while maintaining safety and security standards.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality customer service at check‑in counters and gates.
- Verify passenger identities, travel documents, passports and visas.
- Assist passengers with special needs and act as a service ambassador.
- Resolve issues related to irregular flight operations and automated check‑in systems.
- Process and handle customer documentation and baggage, requiring physical strength.
- Uphold and report safety and security standards in the workplace.
Required profile
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level 5 or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle complaints professionally.
- Physical ability to lift baggage and stand for extended periods.
