About the role

The Procurement Support Executive ensures that procurement and logistics processes comply with company policies and specifications. The role supports procurement activities by collaborating with the Procurement Department to maintain adherence to standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support procurement activities by collaborating with the Procurement Department to ensure adherence to company policies and specifications.
• Issue purchase orders accurately to facilitate timely procurement.
• Review shipping documentation and commercial invoice packing lists to verify accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and issue invoices in alignment with company procedures.
• Forecast revenue based on procurement and logistic data to support financial planning.
• Execute logistic activities to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree preferred in Supply Chain.
• Experience in procurement or administration is desirable.
• Experience in invoicing is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational skills demonstrated by managing multiple procurement and logistic tasks with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.

Required skills

• Proficient in MS Office applications for documentation and reporting.
