Product & Brand Designer

About the role

OUTPLAY is a Singapore‑based pet lifestyle brand seeking a versatile designer who can shape both physical products and the visual identity that supports them. You will work directly with the founder, taking ideas from brief to final delivery while enjoying the flexibility of a freelance retainer or a full‑time position.

Key responsibilities

• Design new product SKUs (leashes, collars, harnesses, accessories) from concept through supplier‑ready tech packs.
• Create packaging, hang tags, product labels and retail inserts that are print‑ready and on‑brand.
• Produce brand collateral such as event displays, banners, tablecloths and pop‑up booth materials.
• Develop static marketing creatives for Instagram, TikTok and paid advertising.
• Liaise with overseas factories and manufacturers to refine designs based on sample feedback.
• Manage multiple briefs simultaneously and meet agreed timelines.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of design experience with a portfolio that includes physical product work, packaging or print production.
• Strong visual instincts and the confidence to push back when design decisions are not optimal.
• Passion for dogs and genuine interest in pet owners’ needs.
